Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) – Day, Evening & Overnight Shifts (Norwood, NJ)
Location: Norwood, NJ
Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to support multiple pediatric clients in the Norwood, NJ area. These are 1:1 private duty nursing cases with children who require attentive, developmentally appropriate skilled care in the comfort of their homes.
We are hiring for day, evening, and overnight shifts , offering flexibility for nurses looking to build a schedule that fits their lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized pediatric nursing care — Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate care tailored to each child
- Monitor clinical status — Assess, document, and respond to changes in condition
- Support family-centered care — Collaborate with families to promote comfort and stability
- Ensure a safe home environment — Maintain infection control and proper equipment use
- RN: $39–$41/hr
- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Overnight shifts
Flexible scheduling across multiple cases.
Qualifications- Active New Jersey RN License
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
- Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
- Supportive pediatric clinical leadership
- Flexible scheduling across multiple cases
