Responsibilities Serve as a single point of contact relating to general policy and procedure, benefits, payroll and compensation, onboarding and offboarding, reporting, training, and various special projects. Provide a broad range of administrative support to internal and external clients and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Assist in the execution of HR programs, policies, and procedures including employee engagement and retention. Communicate and work effectively across all levels of the organization to align individual/team efforts with organizational needs. Coach and consult with managers in areas such as communications, performance management, resource management, development, policy interpretation, and other management challenges. Partner with the business to provide guidance on workforce planning—budgeted headcount, attrition, retention, recruiting needs, and performance management.
