About the Position

A healthcare organization in Saginaw, Michigan is seeking two Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology-Oncology physicians to join a well-established multidisciplinary cancer care team. The role provides full-scope oncology and hematology care , managing approximately 70% solid tumor cases and 30% hematology , with a practice structure of 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient care . Physicians typically see around 25 patients per clinic day , with inpatient volumes averaging 5–10 patients.

The cancer center provides comprehensive, integrated oncology services including infusion therapy, advanced radiation technology, and specialized cancer programs . Physicians will work closely with dedicated clinical staff including RNs, medical assistants, and advanced practice providers, while also supporting occasional outreach at satellite clinics and participating in collaborative care within a multidisciplinary environment.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time schedule

• Shared call rotation with inpatient coverage

• Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient consults

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology

• Active Michigan medical license (or willingness to obtain)

• DEA registration prior to start

• CSR/CDS certification prior to start

• Recent NPDB Self Query Report
