Restoration Supervisor

We’re looking for a dependable, experienced Bilingual Restoration Supervisor to help lead field operations and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This role is ideal for someone who can communicate, stay organized in a fast‑paced environment, and lead by example in the field. The right candidate is hands‑on, solution‑oriented, and able to balance team leadership with customer service and operational expectations. Responsibilities Supervise restoration crew members on residential and commercial mitigation projects Ensure work is completed according to company standards, safety requirements, and timelines Communicate with customers, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams professionally Translate and communicate instructions clearly between English- and Spanish-speaking team members Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, quality workmanship, and complete job documentation Monitor job progress, documentation, equipment usage, and material needs Assist with training and development of technicians and team members Participate in an on-call rotation schedule and respond to emergency service calls as needed Respond to emergency and after-hours situations as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment Qualifications Previous experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction supervision required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once Knowledge of water, fire, mold, and storm restoration processes preferred Experience with documentation and job management software is a plus Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift equipment and work in active job site environments when needed Flexibility to participate in an on‑call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and accountability Someone who stays calm under pressure and handles problems quickly Team‑oriented leader who can motivate and support crews Organized, dependable, and detail‑focused Professional communication with both customers and employees Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Paid time off and holidays Health Benefits Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
