• Ensure accurate documentation of services in electronic health records

What You Need:

• Valid Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
• Prior experience in rehabilitation, long-term care, or similar settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently and supervise support staff when needed
