MS/Telemetry Nurse

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Weeks: 13
• Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

Requirements:

• Current New York State nursing license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of current experience in the field
• NIH Stroke Certification required before start
• Strong IV skills and experience with cardiac drips
• Competency in reading EKG strips and wound care

Compliance / Notes:

• Must be willing to float to step down and medical-surgical units
• Every other weekend and holiday required
• Additional 8 hours of continuing education units (CEUs) will need to be completed as part of facility orientation
• Flu vaccine or declination accepted; mask required if declining
