Key Responsibilities
- Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients, ensuring a safe space for discussion and healing.
- Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex family dynamics.
- Formulate individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs, preferences, and life circumstances.
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's situation.
- Monitor client progress regularly, adjust treatment strategies as necessary, and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with industry standards.
- Connect clients with additional resources and referrals to specialists when needed to enhance their care and support system.

Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California is required.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary to manage a full caseload and meet administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in a hospice or end-of-life care setting is a plus, as it enriches the understanding of complex emotional and psychological issues.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems will be beneficial to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Training in specific therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Therapy is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is competitive, offering $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
