Key Responsibilities

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients, ensuring a safe space for discussion and healing.
• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex family dynamics.
• Formulate individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs, preferences, and life circumstances.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's situation.
• Monitor client progress regularly, adjust treatment strategies as necessary, and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
