Senior Solution Architect

Seeking a full-time Senior Solution Architect with expertise in Apache Spark and Databricks to lead complex customer engagements remotely, focusing on solution architecture, optimization of large-scale workloads, and mentoring junior engineers. Key Responsibilities Lead customer engagements from discovery to delivery with full ownership and accountability Architect, implement, and optimize large-scale Spark/Databricks workloads for scalability and cost-efficiency Design and execute proofs of concept and workshops to demonstrate solution vision and build customer confidence Required Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in data engineering or analytics solution delivery 3+ years of hands-on expertise with Databricks, including job optimization and workload governance Deep understanding of Spark Internals, PySpark, and Databricks SQL performance tuning Strong knowledge of Delta Lake, Structured Streaming, and cloud infrastructure Proven ability to identify and solve complex technical problems with minimal oversight
