Schedule and confirm high-quality appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM for visibility. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment targets. Nurture prospects through targeted outreach to sustain interest. Maintain professional and consultative communication with prospects. Utilize sales metrics to identify coaching opportunities and improve skills. Coordinate with sales to ensure smooth handoff of qualified meetings. Research target accounts to tailor outreach and increase conversion. Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and sequences. Provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality. Adapt to a growth-oriented culture with ongoing learning and development. Experience/Qualifications Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment targets and KPIs. Proven ability to qualify inbound/outbound B2B leads and book qualified appointments. Track and schedule high-quality appointments with accurate CRM updates and follow-ups. Demonstrate consultative, professional communication with prospects. Research target accounts to tailor outreach and improve conversion rates. Utilize sales metrics to identify coaching needs and improve skills. Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging, sequences, and campaigns. Provide actionable feedback on campaign performance and lead quality. Coordinate handoffs with Sales to ensure smooth transition of qualified meetings.
