Job Details

RN - Behavioral Health position at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center, part of Trinity Health system in Mason City, Iowa.
The role involves providing nursing care in a behavioral health specialty.

Job Requirements

Must have a valid nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start.
American Heart Association BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
NIHSS certification required (though typically stroke-related, included as per job data).
Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing within the past year.
Must comply with Trinity Health Code of Conduct, Confidentiality, Integrity and Audit Services, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Joint Commission Testing, NSO, System Access Form, Skills Checklist, Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only), IA Sing Report, and OFAC requirements.
Fit Test, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, Color Vision, COVID-19 Vaccine (or declination/exemption), MMR, Hepatitis B vaccination series, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella vaccination or titer, Physical/Health Statement, and Tdap vaccine (declinations accepted if no pediatric interaction) required.

Schedule Information

Shift from 07:00 to 19:30.
