They will be responsible for planning, driving, and delivering projects that improve tools, risk management, affordability, and change management across the global supply‑chain community. Clear communication of status, risks, and results to senior leadership and across programs is a core expectation.Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned acceleration projects. Develop detailed plans and milestones.Lead rollout of supply‑chain tools within assigned scope.Perform risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning for project deliverables.Develop and execute change‑management plans for new processes or tools. Communicate benefits, impacts, and adoption steps to stakeholders.Produce concise status reports and executive briefings. Highlight successes, issues, and recommended actions for senior leadership.Capture lessons learned, update SOPs, and propose improvements to the acceleration framework.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline5 or more years of supply‑chain or project management experience in defense or aerospaceDesired SkillsProficiency with enterprise supply‑chain toolsStrong analytical skillsFamiliarity with DoD acquisition processes and subcontractor managementAbility to present complex information clearly to senior leaders and peer programsExcellent written communication – status briefings, risk logs, executive summariesPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
