Registered Nurse - Burn ICU

Location: Nashville, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description: The Registered Nurse in the Burn ICU is responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients with severe burn injuries. This role involves monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery plans.
• Participate in patient safety initiatives and adhere to infection control protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS.
• Previous ICU experience is required.
• Preference for candidates with burn care experience.
