As a full-time remote Senior Technical Support Specialist, the successful candidate will investigate and resolve complex customer-reported issues related to data integration and workflows, utilizing SQL and Python to ensure optimal performance of the Inpatient Flow platform. Key responsibilities Analyze SQL queries and Python code to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, collaborating with Data Engineering and Product teams Communicate effectively with customers experiencing urgent production issues, providing clear updates on status and resolutions Document issues in Jira and contribute to knowledge bases and troubleshooting playbooks to enhance team efficiency Required qualifications Proven experience in a customer-facing technical support role managing production issues in a fast-paced environment Strong SQL proficiency for diagnosing and resolving critical customer issues Familiarity with Python to identify bugs and logic errors in production code Ability to troubleshoot complex problems with incomplete data and drive issues to resolution Experience documenting issues and coordinating cross-functional teams for issue resolution
