Role Description

The Financial Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL. This role leads the financial strategy and operations of Dach Vehicles, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing financial reporting, reviewing and interpreting financial statements, and providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making. The Financial Director will collaborate with leadership and departmental teams to optimize resource allocation, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and support business growth initiatives. The role also includes overseeing internal financial controls, mentoring finance team members, and contributing to continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

Compensation Base Salary

Starting from $180,000+ annually, commensurate with experience. Additional compensation may include performance-based incentives and executive-level benefits.

Qualifications

  • Strong Finance and Financial Planning skills to guide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy.
  • Experience preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decisions.
  • Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems, and spreadsheet tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably within manufacturing, automotive, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities, with a collaborative working style.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to sustainable, data-driven business practices.
