What Youll Do:

Drive new business through proactive sales, networking, and client relationship management.

Educate individuals, families, and business owners on comprehensive insurance coverage options.

Deliver personalized solutions to meet client needs at the best possible value.

Meet and exceed sales goals in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment by developing sales through provided leads and asking for referrals.

What Were Looking For:

Proven track record in insurance sales

Be prepared to discuss your numbers, such as calls per day and closing ratio.

Active General Lines Property and Casualty license in Texas.

Willing to obtain the Life and Health (already having this is preferred)

Self-motivated professionals with excellent communication skills.

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-performance culture.
