Warehouse Manager (pull team department)

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise a team of 3–5 warehouse associates in the Pull Team department.
Assign daily tasks and ensure contracts are pulled accurately and on schedule.
Inspect all rental equipment before it leaves the warehouse to ensure it meets Element#39;s quality standards.
Verify quantities and item accuracy against rental contracts.
Oversee the cleaning, inspection, and proper repackaging of returned rental inventory before it is returned to stock.
Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse with clearly labeled and accessible inventory.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members while maintaining accountability and productivity.
Enforce company safety policies and OSHA guidelines to create a safe working environment.
Monitor inventory condition and report damaged or missing items.
Work closely with Operations, Logistics, and Sales departments to ensure all events are prepared accurately and on time.
Assist with inventory organization, warehouse projects, and process improvements.
Lead by example by working alongside the team during busy periods and large event preparations.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift throughout an entire shift.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Ability to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
