Billing Coordinator

Job Details Job Location: NTN Lakeland - Lakeland, FL 33803 Position Type: Full Time Frontline Dental Implant Specialists is looking for an Insurance Coordinator to join our team. The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of insurance claims, processing claims and collections. The ideal candidate will have experience with insurance, customer service, and collections. This position will report to the Office Manager. Job Responsibilities Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorizations. Process insurance claims in compliance with policy requirements and applicable state regulations. Perform post-claims review and analysis to ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate. Assist patients with billing questions. Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status and appeals. Coordinate insurance coverage changes as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager. Education/Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required; one to three years related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer Service Experience (Required) Previous experience in dental billing, insurance coordination preferred Knowledge of insurance claims processing, CPT/ICD coding basics, and billing procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
