Job Overview The Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator facilitates the hiring process from posting to first day onboarding, supporting recruiters and HR and playing a critical role in talent acquisition success. The coordinator also serves as a brand ambassador, promoting company culture and opportunities at events. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. Arrange interview logistics, including travel when necessary. Ensure interviewers have all required information and materials. Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely agendas, updates, and interview details; maintain regular communication to ensure a positive experience. Oversee the pre‑hire and onboarding experience, including background checks, drug screening, MVR, health screening, references, and credential validation. Collaborate with TA, HR, IT, and hiring managers to facilitate the pre‑hire and onboarding process. Maintain accurate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment. Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as updating job postings, employee review campaigns, maintaining the company careers page, and creating content for social media. Assist and facilitate new hire tours and orientation. Document and improve recruitment processes and automation. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Perform other tasks as required. Qualifications 0‑2 years of experience in human resources, client services, sales, marketing, recruiting or communications in a corporate environment preferred (internship experience welcome). Problem‑solver, proactive, organized, and resourceful. Strong team player with a client‑focused mindset and outstanding judgment. Attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Workday ATS and onboarding modules preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
