We look forward to you joining our team!/ph3Job Responsibilities:/h3ulliProvide personal care to residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort consistent with community policy./liliPromotes and supports the greatest possible degree of independence for residents./liliAdvises supervising charge nurse of residents status at beginning and end of shift./liliContributes knowledge of residents conditions/needs to resident care plans./liliAssist in the implementation of care plans as directed within the parameters of established policy and procedure./liliObserves and reports on residents conditions, and documents observations as required./liliComplies with requirements of procedures for safe lifting and/or safe transfer of residents per established policies and procedures./liliMust be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting./liliAssures that equipment is clean and functional./liliPerforms incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks as may be required to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, visitors, and staff./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulh3CNA Requirements:/h3ulliState certification as a nursing assistant/liliComplete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant/liliHighly developed observation skills/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills/li/ul/div
