Clinical Behavioral Program Manager - Vancouver

Job Summary The Clinical Behavioral Program Manager ensures regulatory compliance with licensing and Regional Centers and develops initial positive behavior support plans (PBSP) for clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The position requires a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and involves supervising the implementation of behavior support protocols. Key Responsibilities Observe clients on an individualized basis. Develop, update, and modify PBSP as client needs change. Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate behavioral data. Train direct staff in PBSP and conduct weekly reviews of behavior data. Provide training to residential staff regarding clients’ behavioral plans. Attend client care committee meetings. Collaborate with the Behavior Support Director to ensure departmental compliance. Work with stakeholders (teachers, guardians, caseworkers, medical specialists, direct staff) on behavioral plans. Participate in screening and intake assessment of potential clients. Conduct fidelity evaluations to verify implementation of behavior support plans. Maintain and promote SAILS Behavioral and Organizational Philosophy, policies, and procedures. Participate in client psychoactive medication review appointments. Create and implement visual aids as needed for clients. Review incident reports related to behavioral episodes. Provide counseling to staff regarding progress and implementation of clients’ behavior plans. Evaluate potential clients for placement into supported living residential homes. Collaborate with behavioral professionals, supervisors, case managers, and client guardians. Provide one‑to‑one and group training for staff and complete weekly data reviews. Enter behavior data into Excel or other tracking software for annual and semi‑annual reporting. Other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification or equivalent (LPC, MFT, LBA, or BCaBA). Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD). At least 21 years of age. Fingerprints and criminal clearance prior to starting. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Licensing and Certification Requirements Pass a Washington State background check. First Aid/CPR certification (within 120 days of employment; training can be provided). Blood‑borne pathogen certification (within 120 days of employment; training can be provided).
