EMR System: EPIC – fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII Office Equipment Available: Standard psychiatric care tools Specialty Backup Available: Collegial physician group within growing system Support Staff Available: Support department for EMR and clinical operations Reason for Coverage: Growth and system expansion of psychiatry servicesPRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Rate: Highly competitive salary (Negotiable) Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Indiana has favorable malpractice laws 401K and 457(b) retirement plans with employer match CME and Licensure funds: $6,000 annually Licensure reimbursement (license, CSR, DEA, dues, subscriptions) Flexible time off: 5 weeks PTO + 1 week CME Contract bonuses based on visit productivity HRSA Workforce Student Loan Repayment eligible Quality bonusREQUIRED PROCEDURES

Licenses: Active IN license (or ability to obtain) Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Experience: Open to all experience levels Other Qualifications: EPIC EMR proficiency; supportive, team-based work cultureDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
