Dental Talent Acquisition & Business Development Specialist (Commission-Only)
Desort Dental Division Remote U.S. High-Growth Role
Desort is expanding our national Dental Division and seeking a Dental Talent Acquisition & Business Development Specialist to drive growth across DSOs, private practices, and multi-location dental groups.
This role is built for a polished communicator who thrives in a performance-driven environment and excels at building long-term, high-value client partnerships. You'll represent a fast-scaling recruitment brand with a strong reputation in the dental industry.
What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of dental clients
- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities
- Conduct outreach and pitch Desort's recruitment solutions
- Strengthen Desort's presence across DSOs and private practices
- Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure seamless placements
- Provide insights on dental hiring trends and compensation
- Represent the Desort brand with professionalism and urgency

Compensation (Commission-Only)
- Unlimited commission
- Bi-annual performance bonuses (twice a year)
- Recommended earnings range: $85,000 $180,000+ annually, depending on performance
- Fully remote role
