Field Sales Leader & Trainer Insurance

Position: Sales Representative and Field Trainer We are looking for current or former athletes with a competitive mindset to join our dynamic sales team. This position focuses on selling supplemental insurance products and coaching new agents in the field. Key Responsibilities Make daily in-person sales calls to small and medium‑sized businesses in your territory. Build strong professional relationships and establish trust and rapport with customers. Connect with key decision makers at these businesses and schedule appointments to present our supplemental benefits programs in group or enrollment‑style settings. Report daily sales statistics at the end of each day. Submit your work schedule and goals to the team leader at the beginning of each week. Attend business networking events in your territory to secure new leads and referrals. Re‑service existing client accounts periodically and systematically. Enter business client information weekly into the CRM system. Qualifications Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and sales staff. Leadership and mentorship experience or the ability to train others effectively. Strategic planning and familiarity with effective sales strategies. Inspirational attitude and ability to create a motivating environment. Mastery of product knowledge and customer service skills. Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing to obtain a Health & Life producer license); licensing reimbursement is offered. Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 10 years of professional work experience; candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion are eligible.
