Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care within med/surg and telemetry units
• Assume charge responsibilities, coordinating patient care and team workflow
• Float to the Emergency Department as needed, maintaining flexibility and adaptability
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols at all times

What You Need:

• Active RN license in NH or a current compact license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg experience
• Previous charge nurse experience required
• Experience working in a Critical Access Hospital
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to float to ED and handle multiple priorities efficiently
