The Big Task

You will facilitate training and coach our service technicians on developing customer rapport, optimizing service calls, and technical skills.

Key Sub Tasks

Conduct weekly and as needed trainings with technicians to develop their service skills.
Understand sales criteria and hold your team to exceed revenue goals.
Conduct ride alongs with service technicians and debrief with them afterward.
Monitor performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve.
Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
Provide technical support for anything and everything HVAC.
