Job Duties:

• Reading work orders and assembly instructions
• Positioning and aligning parts using fixtures and tools
• Bolting, riveting, fastening, crimping, or securing components
• Installing subassemblies and hardware components
• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards
• Using hand tools and basic production equipment
• Assisting with repairs and preventative maintenance
• Communicating production or process issues with supervisors and team members
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Experience with impact drills, torque wrenches, and ability to read a tape measure
• Basic hand tool knowledge and experience
• Building and assembly of large-scale structures

Preferred Qualifications: Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Steel toe boots required
• Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to stand throughout your shift and lift materials as needed
• Ability to lift 50lbs
