The Role:

• Location: Issaquah, WA
• Assignment duration: 1/1/2027 - Ongoing
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic only.
• Shift Times: 7a-3p / 8a-7p
• Patient encounters per shift: 20
• Support Staff: 7 RNs, 6 NP/PAs, 13 MAs
• EMR: Epic
• Requirements: Board Certified, Active WA License or IMLC, DEA, & BLS
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
