GXO Logistics is seeking a Supervisor, Mechatronics Maintenance to lead a team supporting automated systems in a high-volume warehouse. In this role, you will plan and supervise maintenance on conveyors, robotics, sortation and mechatronic equipment to maximize uptime, safety and productivity. You’ll schedule and prioritize preventive and corrective work, guide troubleshooting of PLCs and controls, and ensure accurate documentation in the CMMS. Partnering with operations, you’ll drive root cause analysis, continuous improvement and safety initiatives while coaching technicians, tracking KPIs and supporting new automation projects.
