Job Overview We are looking for a hungry and data-oriented problem solver to join our Consumer Growth Operations team. In this role, you will leverage your curiosity and analytical mindset to work with our measurement partners and their platforms, uncovering insights and opportunities to enhance the measurement of AppLovin campaigns. Your natural problem‑solving instincts and passion for discovery will help you identify potential challenges and turn them into opportunities for growth. You will collaborate with various internal teams, including Business Development and Engineering, to drive meaningful growth for our top consumer and e-commerce advertising partners. This position also provides the opportunity to work directly with AppLovin’s leadership, including VPs and Directors across several teams, and to learn from thought leaders in the industry. Onsite Requirement: This role requires onsite presence at our office. Responsibilities Work with measurement partners and platforms to identify and address issues and opportunities to enhance campaign measurement Apply curiosity and data‑driven problem solving to uncover insights and execute top growth opportunities for the company Define and analyze metrics to achieve success for our partners Monitor daily performance against key metrics to identify opportunities and anomalies Become a mobile & consumer advertising guru and expert on our suite of products Stay relevant on industry trends and work with the engineering team to develop innovative, high‑impact features Help define and shape the company’s business intelligence products and tools, informed by real‑world insights. Basic Qualifications 1 – 3 years of experience working with data or technology Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics, or equivalent analytical discipline Demonstrated ability to analyze data, uncover insights, and communicate findings effectively. A natural curiosity to explore the “why” behind the data and drive innovative solutions. Strong prioritization skills to manage competing demands and deliver results.
