What We Offer Our Oral Surgery Providers Daily compensation of $1,200-$5,000 - structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production. Our oral surgery program gives providers a meaningful way to extend their impact without the overhead or long-term commitment of a full-time position.
