Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Virtual Registrar, you will be responsible for timely and accurate virtual patient registration in a virtual setting. You will also interview patients for all pertinent account information and verify insurance coverage.

What you will do in this role:

1. Greet every patient promptly through the Virtual Registration Assistant.
2. Interview patients to obtain account information, verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-certification/authorization.
3. Maintain a professional image through appearance and communication.
4. Demonstrate excellent customer service.
5. Ensure charts are completed and accurate.
6. Calculate and collect patient liability amounts.
7. Ensure that all necessary signatures are obtained for treatments.
8. Answer any questions and explain policies clearly.
9. Process patient charts according to virtual flow needs and established productivity standard.
10. Work with physician offices and ancillary departments, providing information when necessary and forwarding relevant documents.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year of related experience required
