Aerotek is hiring Entry-Level Machinists for a growing industrial manufacturing team!

Candidates from Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, Liberty Lake, Spokane, and Spokane Valley are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $18–$20+ per hour

• Operate and set up manual lathes and mills to machine precision parts.
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools and power tools for machining and assembly tasks.
• Perform measurements, inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
• Enter job and inventory information into computer systems.
• Assist with inventory management and material tracking.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a hands-on industrial environment.
• Manufacturing, mechanical, assembly, or shop experience is a plus but not required.

$18–$20+/hour with overtime opportunities

This is a Contract position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
