Full-time 2nd Shift Electric Motor Technician Supervisor Pay: $34.00 - $42.00/hour, plus a 15% shift differential for 2nd shift and supervisor pay Schedule: Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with overtime available and an on-call weekend rotation every 5 weeks Why Our Electric Motor Technician Supervisor Role Matters: Industrial operations depend on reliable equipment, reliable equipment depends on skilled technicians, and skilled technicians depend on engaged leaders. You'll supervise the motor technicians as they repair equipment, monitoring their performance and ensuring they follow all safety protocols. You'll offer valuable feedback during annual employee reviews and provide on-the-job training as needed. If a team member needs help, you'll jump in to assist with what you can. In addition, you'll evaluate work orders, diagnose, and repair AC and DC electromechanical equipment. Responsibilities include disassembling and inspecting equipment, replacing worn parts, reassembling units, and conducting final performance tests. You'll also document jobs, operate specialized repair equipment, and handle heavy components safely. Who We're Looking For: 10+ years of electromechanical equipment repair experience High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to lift 50 lbs.
