About the Role

The Company is in search of a President for its Medical Group, a key leadership role that demands a seasoned physician executive with a strong background in leading a multi-specialty medical group or a similar complex physician enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic, operational, and physician leadership to a rapidly growing and highly integrated medical group. This pivotal position requires the ability to build on a strong, community-focused physician culture, advance the group's maturity, and work closely with the executive team to strengthen leadership infrastructure and improve decision-making. While clinical practice is not mandatory, a recent practice experience is valued for maintaining a connection to the realities of the medical field. The ideal candidate will hold an MD or DO, be board-certified in their specialty, and have at least 5 years' of clinical practice experience. A strong understanding of ambulatory and physician enterprise operations, including access, recruitment, productivity, quality, patient experience, and financial performance, is essential. The role also demands a leader with a proven track record of partnering with administrative leaders and empowering physician leaders. The President will be expected to be highly visible, accessible, and to have a strong bias toward listening, relationship building, and collaborative problem-solving. The position offers the opportunity to advance strategic clinical partnerships while preserving the organization's local governance and community-centered approach.
