If you are looking for a growth opportunity, join us at STG.What You'll Do:Participate in planning/corrective action meetings with mill management and IP Memphis logisticsDaily interaction with shipping personal and spotter service to maintain efficient operationsUpdate empty/loaded container information in DepotVerify accuracy of SSL for each containerProvide a container availability report to shipping department twice dailyCommunicate any safety related issues at the millGuarantee all drivers are cleared through Mill safety protocolsEnsure all drivers maintain proper PPE while on siteWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience4 years of experience in transportations and logisticsExperience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipmentAbility to communicate with credibility and build customer relationshipsExperience maintaining a safe work environment by monitoring and enforcing safety procedures across all departmentsAbility to prioritize to ensure smooth operations dailySchedule:2nd shift: 5:00PM - 2:00AMCompensation & Benefits Information:Salary Range: $68,100 - $97,240Bonus EligibleA list of STG benefits can be found here: Welcome - STG Benefits Program 2026Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, geography, and other job-related reasons.The work environment characteristics described here represent those an employee encounter while performing this job's essential functions.
