Facility is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Ophthalmologist to join a growing academic Ophthalmology division as one of the only pediatric ophthalmologists serving a regional population of 1.5 million. Hospital-employed position within a tertiary referral center; programmatic expansion opportunity. Outpatient clinic conveniently located near the hospital with state-of-the-art equipment. Responsibilities include clinical practice, teaching of trainees, and rotating call coverage. New ACGME-approved Ophthalmology residency program launching in 2026; opportunity to teach and mentor residents. Opportunity for academic appointment at the Assistant/Associate Professor level through an affiliated university. Research opportunities available. Strong hospital-based and community referral network in a region with limited subspecialty coverage.
