Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our ICU department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients of all ages. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your expertise to manage a variety of complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and individualized nursing care to ICU patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatments.
• Respond quickly to emergency situations and stabilize patients as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in North Carolina.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of ICU experience required.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI/HWC/MAB, and NIH.
• Must be willing to float as needed with a patient ratio of 1:2-3.
