Perform ongoing monitoring of the person’s medical care along with the RN staff. Administer medication and treatment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve best health outcomes. LPNs Require: NYS Licensure/Certification CPR, fire safety training, and medication knowledge Six months of hospital or long-term care experience, supporting people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities preferred LPNs, for immediate consideration, apply now!
