The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Draft, edit, and prepare commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, conveyance documents, and closing statements Assist with the preparation of closing disbursement requests, wire authorizations, and post-closing binders Coordinate real estate closings and compile complete closing packages Maintain and organize physical and digital transaction records Communicate with clients and third parties via phone and email Schedule meetings, maintain attorney calendars, and process expense reports Submit invoices and track payments Prepare and submit local and state permit applications Maintain attorney lobbyist registration accounts and file annual expenditure reports Support attorneys and paralegals with general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of legal assistant experience in commercial real estate or a related transactional legal practice (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF tools, and legal document management systems (required) Experience using legal timekeeping and billing software Experience with iManage (preferred) Florida Notary designation is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing tasks Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Why Apply Through LHH?
