Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Evening Shift (4pm-midnight)The Rockville Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a talented and hard-working RN Supervisor to join their ever-growing rehabilitation team. The center consists of 30+ therapists spanning 20 years of experience with backgrounds in acute, sub-acute, long term and outpatient settings providing an excellent setting for learning and growth. The Rockville Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center provides rehabilitation services seven days a week.RN Supervisor Responsibilities Include:Registered Nurse responsible to the Director of Nursing for the coordination and quality of care and services to residents in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards and regulations. She/He is a member of the Nursing Management team.RN Supervisor Qualifications/Requirements:Experience in Acute Care/ Long Term Care NursingClinically knowledge and capable of making appropriate care and service decisions.Leadership qualities and administrative competency or demonstrates potential for this.Reliable for attendance and punctuality.Strong organizational and communications skills with all levels of staff and disciplines within the organizationFlexibility for schedule and duties within the department and adaptable to changing situations.Must be computer literate.Salary Range: Up to $60.00 an hourShifts: 3 days a week Evening Shift (4pm-Midnight) & Every other weekend.An Equal Opportunity Employer.INDRN
