Pay Rates starting at: $22.25 / hour Shift Leader opportunities are available practically anytime: breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older to work as a manager Must be a legal U.S. citizen Must have a California Food Handler Card verified by an accredited source (training provided at orientation) To be successful in this position, you'll need: A humble and hospitable demeanor Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members) A desire to learn and grow The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs Job Description & Responsibilities: In this role, you would oversee shifts every week and make sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. You would provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
