Plant Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company‑specific safety standards while leading safety training initiatives. Conduct both formal and informal safety inspections and monitor workplace safety. Lead accident investigations, complete root cause analyses, and handle related reporting. Collaborate with management and contractors to maintain high safety performance standards. Oversee health clinic interactions and manage the Medical Surveillance Program. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally related to safety, health, or science, or a high school diploma with 3+ years of relevant experience. Minimum 5 years of Occupational Health and Safety experience in power plants or similar environments. Proficient in OSHA 1910 and 1926 regulations and have a working knowledge of safety protocols in industrial settings. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation is preferred. Physical capability to perform essential job functions, including walking, standing, and lifting. Well versed in LOTO, fall & rigging protection, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
