Job Posting: IT Program Manager

Bayone Solutions, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of IT Program Manager based in Pleasanton, California. Responsibilities: Plan, define project stages, and evaluate business implications at each stage to successfully initiate and manage information technology projects. Responsible for end-to-end program management, including budget, timelines, resource allocation, and capacity planning across multiple projects. Lead project strategy, implementation, delegation, and cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors. Develop project plans and schedules, including work estimation, validation, and breakdown into actionable tasks. Implement solutions that improve process efficiency and productivity, while managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and removing obstacles to program success. Create project plans and schedules that include work estimation, validation, and conversion into detailed tasks. Manage deliveries for every aspect of the project from initiation to completion under a largely matrix organization structure. Partner with key business stakeholders, evaluate cross-team leadership feasibility, define scope and documenting requirements, set schedule, and manage resources for the implementation. Utilize experience in Microsoft Project Plan, Budgeting, Risk Management, CRM, Waterfall, Scrum, and Agile methodologies. Position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science Engineering, Business Administration or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in a related occupation. Position also requires experience with Microsoft Project Plan, Budgeting, Risk Management, CRM, Waterfall, Scrum, and Agile methodologies.
