Position Title: Manager, Treasury and Corporate FinancePosition SummaryThe Manager, Treasury and Corporate Finance leads a team of crewmembers who are responsible for capital structure strategy including debt origination, share repurchase programs, cash management, investments, liquidity planning and treasury digitization. Essential ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, develop and execute optimal capital structure for JetBlueLead sourcing, negotiation and execution process for all financing transactions, including debt, lease, secured, unsecured and other capital markets transactionsEvaluate financing alternatives, transaction structures, pricing, covenants, collateral requirements and other key terms to support capital raising decisionsManage the short- and long-term cash flow forecast and align with internal stakeholdersEstablish and maintain relationships with banking partners, financing institutions and rating agenciesAssess investment options and execute cash investments within policy guidelinesOversee day-to-day cash functions including disbursements and bank account managementBuild and monitor the department’s annual budget and recurring forecasts in partnership with internal stakeholdersDevelop presentations for senior leadership and board of directorsEnsure internal and external audit compliance of all Treasury and Corporate Finance policiesDevelop Crewmembers to support their engagement, growth, and goal achievementOther duties as assignedMinimum Experience and QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related field OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous related work experienceFive (5) years of finance related experienceTwo (2) years of leadership experienceProficient in Microsoft Office suite; Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong analytical and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication including interactions with executive leadershipAvailable for occasional travel (10%)Must pass a pre-employment drug testMust be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is locatedAuthorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorshipPreferred Experience and QualificationsMaster of Business Administration (MBA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Two (2) years of treasury experience, especially TMS implementationTwo (2) years previous airline finance experienceTwo (2) years of prior experience in capital intensive industries, particularly asset purchasing and financingCrewmember Expectations: Regular attendance and punctualityPotential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-noticeAble to maintain a professional appearanceWhen working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraftMust be an appropriate organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Fun and PassionPromote JetBlue’s #1 value of safety as a Safety Ambassador, supporting JetBlue’s Safety Management System (SMS) components, Safety Policy and behavioral standardsIdentify safety and security concerns, issues, incidents or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary including JetBlue’s confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) or Safety Action Report (SAR))Must fulfill safety accountabilities as prescribed by JetBlue's Safety Management SystemResponsible for adhering to all applicable laws, regulations (FAA, OSHA, DOT, etc.) and Company policies, procedures and risk controlsResponsible for ensuring crewmembers have requisite training, resources and support to achieve safety objectivesThe use of ChatGPT or any other automated tool during the interview process will disqualify a candidate from being considered for the positionEquipment:Computer and other office equipmentWork Environment:Traditional Office EnvironmentPhysical Effort: Generally not required, or up to 10 pounds occasionally, 0 pounds frequently. (Sedentary)Compensation:The base pay range for this position is between $114,000.00 and $170,000.00 per year.
