This CDL A driver position is based in Pomona, California, and pays $29 per hour. The job offers local LTL deliveries and pickups within a 150-mile radius, with home daily. This is a TransForce driving opportunity with dedicated support for local work in Pomona, California.
This role requires a Hazmat endorsement and LTL driving experience.
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $29 per hour
- Monday through Friday
- Start time: 12:00 p.m.
- Home daily
What You'll Be Doing
- Complete local LTL deliveries and pickups within a 150-mile radius of Pomona, California.
- Transport hazardous materials while following DOT requirements.
- Handle freight accurately and provide customer service at each stop.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and communicate with dispatch as needed.
- Perform heavy-touch freight handling.
What You Need
- Valid CDL A
- 1+ year of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience.
- Hazmat endorsement
- Dry van and/or flatbed experience
- LTL driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years
- Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
