Compliance Coordinator

Description Job Overview:As the Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for regularly touring theneighborhoodsstreet-by-street to inspect, document, photographand issue allviolations within the community. You will also partner with assigned Community Managers to help with any other general administrative tasks as needed. This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for business travel which is eligible for company mileage reimbursement at the current IRS approved rates. Compensation: $22 per hour FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.Your Responsibilities:Guest & Resident ServicesGreet guests warmly, answer inquiries, and direct phone calls professionally.Provide assistance to residents, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and helpful manner.Maintain accurate homeowner information in relevant systems and process payments.Administrative & Office SupportPerform general administrative tasks, including service requests, architectural requests, tracking deposits, and processing paymentsKeep the reception and common areas clean, organized, and well-stockedReceive, sort, and distribute mail/packages; log payments in the receipt book; and coordinate returned mail with other office associates Collaborate with shipment vendors to ensure accurate and timely deliveriesAssist in planning and organizing office and community events, meetings, and related materialsCompliance & Community StandardsInspect, research, and document exterior modification projects for conformity with prior written approvals or denialsInvestigate and document unauthorized architectural modifications, including processing homeowner notificationsMonitor the community and issue violations to ensure compliance with governing documents and maintenance requirementsInvestigate and process parking variances in a timely mannerConduct resale inspections as neededMaintain organized, up-to-date records of inspection reports, violations, and other compliance-related dataUpload violations into software, review/add notes, and process for email or mail distributionParticipate in meetings and work groups to stay informed on new developments, policies, and guidelinesSkills and Qualifications:Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and community membersExcellent technology skills, includingproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools as neededStrong attention to detail and ability to spot violations or discrepanciesStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills toidentifyand address compliance issuesAble to work both independently and in a team environment​ Education and Experience:​Previous experience in compliance monitoring, property management, or related field is highly preferredPhysical Requirements:Ableto survey property as needed​Able to work in various weather conditions (i.e.heat, cold, rain, wind,etc.)Must have a valid Driver’s license Work Location:Tucson Corporate Office, 7616 N La Cholla Blvd Tucson, AZ 85704; Supports various on-site communities Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8a – 5pTravel Requirements: Regular use of personal vehicle is required.
