BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring enthusiastic, dependable, and energetic After-School Sports Coaches to lead fun and engaging Flag Football, Basketball, and Soccer programs for elementary-aged students throughout St. Petersburg, FL .
This is a great opportunity for experienced coaches, former athletes, teachers, youth sports instructors, college students, or anyone who enjoys working with children and helping them develop confidence, teamwork, and athletic skills.
Position Details
Part-time, after-school position
Monday through Friday
Afternoon after-school hours
1.5-hour sessions
$37.50 per session ($25 per hour)
No weekends
No lesson planning required
Curriculum and equipment provided
In-person position in St. Petersburg
Sports Offered
Coaches may lead one or more of the following programs:
Flag Football
Basketball
Soccer
Experience in multiple sports is a plus, but you do not need to be an expert in all three.

Follow BBA's structured curriculum and activities
Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment
Supervise groups of approximately 15–25 students
Encourage participation, confidence, and skill development
Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership
Qualifications
Experience playing or coaching sports is preferred but not required
Experience working with children is a plus
Comfortable working with students in grades K–5
Reliable transportation to schools throughout St. Petersburg
Dependable and punctual
Positive and energetic attitude
Must successfully complete the required Pinellas County Schools background check and fingerprinting process
