Responsibilities Assist nursing staff and physician during endoscopic procedures, supporting equipment needs for polypectomy, biopsies, screening exams, ERCP, and dilations Disinfect and reprocess endoscopic equipment; troubleshoot and address equipment needs Set up rooms for procedures; transport patients as needed; stock rooms with supplies and equipment Assist patients with dressing and ambulation as directed by nursing staff; apply EKG monitors, BP cuff, and pulse oximetry prior to case Support the procedural team to maintain efficient workflow and patient safety during GI/endoscopy cases

Requirements Current CO DORA Surgical Tech registration BLS through the American Heart Association required 2 years of endoscopy experience; advanced case endo experience required High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work in a hospital-based endoscopy/GI lab and participate in rotating schedules
