You care more about solutions and impacting the customer experience than using a particular tool or framework.Your Success ProfileWhat You Will Work OnThe Partnerships team builds the integrations, partner experiences, and platform foundations that enable the Justworks ecosystem to flourish beyond Justworks’ core capabilities. We drive growth and retention for our core customer segment while making it easier for customers to unlock more value from Justworks.Our team owns the public API through which customer data flows into and out of our platform. We work closely with teams across the business to ensure that the API and MCP experience is as rich and reliable as our UI-driven experience.Engineers on this team collaborate closely with external partners to deliver seamless integration experiences. We are looking for engineers who enjoy working across platform infrastructure, product integrations, and partner-facing systems, and who can translate customer, partner, and business needs into durable technical solutions.Independently own large-scale projects from technical discovery through launch, with a focus on quick, iterative release and customer impactPromote engineering excellence through technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and mentorshipCollaborate with external partners to understand integration needs and deliver thoughtful, scalable solutionsBuild and improve platform infrastructure that makes partner integrations faster, safer, and easier to scaleHow You Will Do Your WorkAs a Senior Software Engineer, how results are achieved is paramount for your success and ultimately result in our success as an organization.
