Responsible for handling routine incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Aligned with enterprise desktop engineering standards, this role supports modern endpoint management, security practices, and ITSM-driven service delivery.What you will do as the Desktop Engineer:The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
